Description

White Bear Lake Area Historical Society Presents:
How Do I Get Started with MY Genealogy the Right Way?

Monday, January 25 at 6 to 7 pm

A good foundation builds a good house. Strong roots let a tree grow strong. So it is with genealogy. Join Certified Genealogist Tom Rice for a look at the best practices in genealogy: everything from how to take notes, how to organize what you find, where to look for answers and how to learn what the next steps are after that. It all comes down good research methods.

This is an online class offered remotely using Zoom communication software. Register online or by calling 651-724-6001 (press #2). You must provide a valid email address to participate.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of Minnesota's Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund for this event.
