History Book Club--The Night Watchman

The Roseville History Book Club meets monthly with Clarence White, Associate Director of the East Side Freedom Library, for discussions on a wide variety of topics from American history in an intimate setting.   Copies of the book available from the Library.

Wednesday, Sept. 15-- The Night Watchman by Louise Erdrich.  Join us as we discuss Erdrich's Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, based on the life of her grandfather, who fought Native American dispossession from hereditary lands in North Dakota.  NOTE: Because of the recent rise in Covid-19 cases, this event will now be held online.

This event is co-sponsored by the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute of the University of MN with the financial support of the Friends of the Ramsey County Libraries.
