Local author Mona Susan Power reads from her writing and recommends books. Power is the author of The Grass Dancer (a novel), Roofwalker (a story collection), and Sacred Wilderness (a novel). She is an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe, born and raised in Chicago. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Iowa Writers’ Workshop. She has made her home in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
